Hapag-Lloyd takes Altenwerder stake

German flag operator Hapag-Lloyd is to acquire a 25.1 percent stake in Container Terminal Altenwerder (CTA), the new automated container terminal being developed in Hamburg by Hamburger Hafen- und Lagerhaus AG (HHLA), which is due to commence operations next month.
