Iraqi Ports planning US$1 bill investment

The Iraqi Ports Authority (IPA) has plans for 60 new berths at the four ports under its jurisdiction, to be developed over the next five to 10 years at a cost of around US$1 bill, although the financing arrangements are not clear.
