Containers start to flow at Castellón

The Spanish Mediterranean port of Castellón appears at last to be attracting additional container traffic to its two multi-purpose terminals. First, a new service operated by IRISL linking the port with the Red Sea, the Persian Gulf and Indian sub-continent commenced on June 5. Initially, call rotation is every 15 days, although is expected to become weekly by the end of July. The service will use Terminal Polivalente de Castellón.
