No sixth sense in Genoa

Italy’s highest court (Consiglio di Stato) has rejected a joint appeal by PSA Sinport and the Port of Genoa (APG) against a decision of the Ligurian regional court (TAR Liguria) that the APG was wrong to award the sixth module at Voltri container terminal (VTE) without going out to public tender.
