Two “firsts” in Ho Chi Minh City

Vietnam International Container Terminal (VICT) in Ho Chi Minh City, which is undertaking a major expansion programme aimed at increasing capacity to 900,000 TEU/year by 2008 (see last month’s WorldCargo News, p41) has become the first Vietnamese customer for Navis, whose SPARCS terminal operating system will be installed later this year.
