The Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) will lend Bulgaria €238M (US$366M) to build container terminals at the Black Sea ports of Varna and Bourgas.

Making the announcement, Bulgaria’s Foreign Affairs Ministry said construction work is expected to begin this year and the terminals will be ready by 2015.
