Operations start at TTI Algeciras
Operations commenced towards the end of April at Total Terminal International Algeciras (TTIA), Hanjin Shipping’s new automated container handling facility at the Spanish Mediterranean port of Algeciras. The HANJIN CASABLANCA, which is deployed the South East Asia-Mediterranean NE-1 service, docked at 18.00 on 27 April, marking the terminal’s inaugural call TTIA, which covers an area of 300,000 m2 is the first semi-automated terminal in the Mediterranean.
