Japan to fund new Vietnam port

The planned ¥140B (US$1.72B) Lach Huyen port complex near Vietnam’s northern Haiphong city will be built with the aid of a ¥120B ODA loan from the Japanese government, with remainder provided by Itochu Corp, NYK and MOL.
