Russian ports on “Silk Road”

Song Xibin, the Mayor of Harbin, the largest and capital city of Heilongjiang province in China’s landlocked north east, has said that the city, the border railway stations of Suifenhe and Manchuria and Russia’s Pacific port of Nakhodka and Vostochny in Nakhodka Bay will form part of a new integrated transport corridor at the Pacific tip of the new “Silk Road”, proposed by China.
