The Indian Government’s plan to reduce the logistics costs for the country’s importers and exporters and cut back on the amount of money lost in foreign exchange payments is taking shape. Already this year, the country has lifted certain restrictions on domestic cabotage, and the latest moves centre on the construction of another hub port and improving rail connectivity to/from the ports.
