Vladivostok expanding
NewsRussia’s Commercial Seaport of Vladivostok (VMTP, part of FESCO Transportation Group – now state-owned through Rostam) is increasing its fleet of cargo handling equipment and upgrading its infrastructure.
P&O confirms Bosaso
P&O Ports has confirmed reports that it has won a 30-year concession for the management and development of a multipurpose port project at Bosaso in the Puntland State of Somalia. Located 2,000 km north of Mogadishu, Bosaso occupies a strategic location for maritime transport in the Gulf of Aden at the Southern approach to the Red Sea and Suez Canal.
