Malaysia-based Sime Darby Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Sime Darby (Overseas (HK) Ltd, has disposed of its 70% shareholding in three Chinese river ports (Longgong, Taiping and Yuejin) in Jining, Shandong Province.
