According to Port Services Administration-Bolivia (ASP-B), which oversees the port activities of landlocked Bolivia a home and abroad, a series of clients that are prepared to move cargo via non-Chilean ports have been signed up, and it is advising as many as possible to no longer use Chilean outlets.
