CSAV/HL merger progress
The merger of CSAV’s and Hapag-Lloyd’s (HL) liner shipping divisions moved a stage closer in early August when the US regulatory authorities tasked with investigating the deal, specifically the US Department of Justice and the country’s Federal Trade Commission, approved the plan.
