CEVA enters ro-ro

CEVA Logistics is extending its capabilities for global automotive customers by becoming a PCTC ship operator in its own right. The company has signed a 10-year lease with parent group CMA CGM to operate four of Eastern Pacific Shipping’s LNG dual-fuel hybrid deepsea PCTCs. This will allow CEVA to transport around 140,000 vehicles a year between global markets, principally China and Europe.
