Konecranes closes in on Terex MHPS deal

Having received all material regulatory approvals and in order to complete the acquisition of Terex Corporation’s Material Handling & Port Solutions business, the Board of Directors of Konecranes has decided today on a directed share issue of 19.6M new class B shares to Terex Deutschland GmbH
