Italy-based Bolzoni SpA, which includes Auramo Oy and Meyer GmbH and is Europe’s leading and the world’s second (after Cascade Corporation) FLT attachments manufacturer, logged a turnover of €141.1M in 2008, 3.1% down on sales in 2007. Net profit, however, more than halved, to €3.1M from €6.7M in 2007.
The company, which has been quoted on the Italian “Star” bourse since June 2006, has proposed a dividend of €0.03/share and this was accepted by the AGM.
