Hapag-Lloyd tests CO2
Hapag-Lloyd has announced it is testing a “new generation of refrigeration equipment” from Carrier Transicold that uses the “eco-friendly natural refrigerant carbon dioxide” (CO2). As previously reported, Carrier Transicold is the first reefer machinery manufacturer to introduce a reefer machine with CO2 refrigerant, which is now commercially available as its NaturaLINE range.
