The Italian exceptional loads transport and logistics company has taken delivery of a Faymonville Variomax Plus 3 + 5 low bed trailer

The trailer has been supplied to Peyrani Trasporti through Benelux-based Faymonville’s Italian dealer Tagliaferri Giuliano Srl  in Piacenza.

Peyrani Sud (Peyrani Trasporti) is based in the Puglia regio and has extensive operations over the ports of Taranto and Brindisi. The Faymonville Variomax Plus 3 + 5 trailer is a highly flexible, modular unit that can be used in  20 configurations using 4/5/6/7/8 axles or as a low bed cradle with 4 or 5 axles.

It also incorporates two “joker”axles to operate in 3 + 5 configuration, enabling it to act as a tub trailer with a load bed of no less than 20m.

Paolo Luminoso, Director General of Peyrani Sud, said the company will use it for a wide range of outsize and heavy loads, such as transformers generators, farm  water storage tanks, excavators, mobile crushers and conveyors, railway vehicles, and so on.

The trailer is highly manoeuvrable with a steering angle of 60 deg. It was specified with 19.5-in tyres and payload is 90 tonnes.
