QTerminals Kramer Rotterdam’s RTW-II connects to CER
NewsQTerminals Kramer Rotterdam signs up for a temporary link between the Rail Terminal West II (RTW-II) site and the Container Exchange Route (CER), a closed 17-kilometre road network.
