By January 19 no agreement had been reached and the Coast Tsimshian were threatening an injunction to stop the project proceeding. PRPA president and CEO Don Krusel was reported in the Vancouver Sun saying that various commercial arrangements had just days to proceed or would lapse and the whole project would fall over.
