The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) is being urged by the country’s Economic Planning Secretary Romulo Neri to “get away from monopolistic tendencies” and allow Harbour Centre Port Terminal, Inc (HCPTI) to handle foreign o/d containers at its multipurpose terminal in the Port of Manila.
