Merger in Morocco

The Moroccan state port company Agence Nationale des Ports (ANP) has signed a €100M loan agreement with Paris-based Agence Française de Développement (AFD). At the same time, a Technical Assistance Grant worth €800,000 was agreed between the two parties.
