ICTSI moves into China

Acting through holding company ICTSI (Hong Kong) Ltd, Philippines-based global port operator International Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI) has signed a joint venture contract with Yantai Port Group Company Ltd (YPG) and SDIC Communications for the purchase of a 60% stake in Yantai Gangtong Container Terminal Co Ltd, which manages Yantai Gangtong Terminal.
