The pace of investment in Russian container ports has slowed down, but there is still activity, despite the disagreements within NCC.

The Commercial Seaport of Saint Petersburg (MTPSP) is the newest entrant to the container handling segment in north west Russia. The group, comprising First, Second, Third and Fourth stevedoring companies and service affiliates in its home port, now operates as International Transport Holding UCLH BV.
