Puerto Cortes expansion
Operadura Portuaria Centroamericana SA de CV (OPC), part of ICTSI, has signed a contract with China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) for the first phase of the expansion of the container and cargo terminal in Puerto Cortes, Honduras, which it operates under a 30-year concession awarded in 2013.
