Since Russia invaded Ukraine, the volume of traffic moved along the Middle Rail corridor linking China with Europe, via Central Asia – primarily transiting Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia – has soared. And with more importers, exporters and their logistics partners looking for less politically sensitive and more reliable transport corridors to Russia, further strong growth is expected.
